How close to our perfect fight does a story or video have to be?

I know I have specific likes and dislikes in this genre, as do most of the posters here.  With that, I still appreciate well done stories or videos that fall outside of my likes, even if I am hoping they will 'morph' into my fantasy.  (Emotionally invested, stripping,  trashtalking, catty f vs f duels with a decisive ending.  I enjoy scripted fights as they are pretty much the only way to see such)

For discussion, are those reading/watching enjoying the 'suspense/anticipation' as a fight plays out (whether it will meet a personal criteria of goodness), or is it the actual action that gets one tingling.  Of course, if a fight builds, and than actually clicks on our buttons, we have a triumph.  but how much of a duel has to be in our lane, before we can say that, overall, it was a worth while investment of time and or money?

When the ladies go all-out with agressive catfighting tactics(hairpulling, tit/pussy grabs)  detemine to punish the other to a clear decisive finish. Back and forth action with all of the above.

I think the issue with video scripts, they tend to find a certain formula and run with it a bit to far. A great example of this is Napali Videos, they have busty femmes and while a few of the videos start with a taste of jealousy, almost every single one has the two fighters slow down and engage in deep kissing, tongue swirling and a few eventually to a sexfight. This company had the gold mine right in front of them and instead of directing the women to act jealous and want to win,and have winner take some advantage of the loser, they blew it and fell short with the same set up. the other part of their down fall was the looped action, if you remove the looped action the videos are actually only 30 minutes long, but Napali thought no one would catch on and they would show a scene for example of say Danni Ashe, pushing Mikki Marselles breasts up and pinning her. then a clip or frame later the same exact shot from a new angle and they would hold it longer into a new frame.

Not that its a huge deal but your buying a 30 -45 dollar video (prices when they were on top)  that says 60 min. or 50min. and you were only getting a 30 min. video. my husband and I had bought a few back in the day and while the design and women were getting the customer these flaws knocked them down from up high, and last he looked they are re mastering the older video's with Kelli Watson, aka Kelli stewart.  Just my opinion and observation, as for written fights I feel it is the scenario and the banter between the fighters that gives it a build up and sets the mind to where a reader needs it to be.  Much like a good cyber really, if you both add your imagination to a planned scenario and generate a build up you will feel immersed and want to cyber. As for the fight itself, the trick is how the scene leads the way. the story can't do something where the fighters are in the town square and shred clothes and gouge each other up, for an extended amount of time, if it does you will lose interest as the common sense of it comes into play. you should try to make your cyber/story and video as close to real as you can so the reader or audience feels they are standing right there watching it, or fighting the fight.

I like it whrn the fight escalates progressively--set up, stare down, early fight, middle fight, endgame.  Just let the animosity between the girls build, build, always escalation.  The late-80/early-90s Violent Grudge 1-4, and old J.M.Rolen, were great at that.  The entire fight was just constant escalation.

The Nikki Darling-Mila Rose 2-round war was like that as well.

I would say there probably are very few "Perfect" video's or stories out there.  We just have too diverse an interest group here.  One person wants to only see competitive real fights to the finish, the next only wants scripted stuff, and the next is totally opposed to either of the first two.  Napali was mentioned earlier.  Clearly caters to people with an interest in huge breasted women basically sexfighting.  California Wildcats started out with "real" catfighting, but eventually ended with pretty much competitive lesbian sex?   I would say not even sexfighting.  Just competitive lesbians with a pretense of disliking each other having sex.  Of course they would have the data, but I would guess that means that lesbian competitive sex is more profitable that scripted catfighting???  Or the producers just liked it better.  Or just easier/cheaper to get women to do it?  Same thing applies to stories I think.  Some people tell me they love my stories build up, dialog, and fight descriptions.  But I get just as many who tell me they hate the build up, don't like the dialog, and the fight is too short or too long.  Doesn't bother me.  Just tells me there is a range.  For me, the girls next door fighting in real arranged fights is probably the ideal format (Renee's catfight haven or Vira's videos are the closest).  But a pretty broad range of stuff works for me.  I mean I really don't like either the Napali or later California Wildcats stuff, but if I stumbled across it I wouldn't avert my eyes or anything like that.
I love catfights and chatting.  Look me up on trillian at ljack66   (I think... just figuring Trillian out)

Color me a little different.  I really don't need a story to pique my interest.  In fact I find most storylines that preface a scenario catfight to be laughable.  Two women, evenly matched squaring off is enough for me, like most Crystal vids -- they start off facing each other and someone off camera hollers, "Fight."  That's all it takes to make me happy.

Movie catfights are different because here you have a build-up that is usually part of the story, so following that for awhile adds spice to the ultimate showdown -- or it really disappoints when nothing happens.   Even a gratuitous catfight, like in a Roger Corman production, still has some connection to the story and offers a plausible reason for the encounter.

TV programs like Jerry Springer and Jose Luis Sin Sinsura  offer good build ups, which I have to admit bring extra excitement to the ensuing brawl.  But those scenarios are believable and in a few cases, real, unlike some fabricated catalyst of who is reading a magazine or using someone's lipstick that prompts a fight.  Stuff like the latter is what makes me laugh.
