BARMAID VS BARMAID:SUSIE AND NORA IN HANDS-ON POWER STRUGGLE

It's quite an isolated place. One day, a new woman gets hired in order to work alongside Susie - however, from the first day onwards, the 21 year old girl could see that
Nora (24) doesn't see herself much as Susie's equal at the workplace but rather puts herself in the position of Susie's boss.
Susie has found it difficult to get on with the new girl who keeps telling her she still has to learn a lot about mixing drinks for customers.
One day, when Nora actually pours a whole trayful of drinks down the sink and tells Susie, 'You can't serve those impossible concoctions, you silly girl, don't you know anything about this job at all?' Susie has had enough of the indignities the new girl keeps putting her through in front of the customers. She replies, 'Damn you, Nora! I'm doing the best I can! Stop making me a laughing stock in here!'
Nora, who is 5'7" tall, stares down in disbelief at the girl who stands in front of her at her height of 5'0" and has just dared to question her self-assumed 'authority'.
'What did you just say?' she finally says menacingly.
Susie stands her ground. She looks up at Nora: 'Don't think you can intimidate me! I know my rights! You stop right now, I won't take it any longer!'
Nora smirks, replying, 'Your rights? - Girl, if you don't apologise to me right now and right here in front of the customers your only right for today will be to have your naked little bum spanked, here at the bar behind the counter!'
Susie draws herself up to her full height, staring up at Nora with hatred. 'You touch me and I'll rip you apart, you cow!'
Nora is quick with her response - she slaps Susie's face. Susie staggers and holds on to the counter to steady herself. Then, she slaps Nora back which results in receiving another slap from her opponent. This time, she crashes against the counter but quickly steadies herself. She grabs a half full cocktail glass nearby and throws its contents at Nora's face.
Nora wipes her face with a clean cloth from a rack next to the counter and says, 'That's done it, you stupid little bitch! How about we decide here and now who's the boss in here? Will you dare arm wrestling me, huh? Come on, show me what you've got, brave little brat! This bar counter is just ideal for an arm wrestling match, isn't it? I'll stand on one side and you on the other!'
'I'm not afraid of you, silly bitch!' Susie makes her decision immediately. 'I can pin you in seconds!'
'Wow, you need a reality check very urgently, don't you!' Nora laughs. 'Right, an arm wrestling match it is then, Susie, and, after your inevitable defeat, a spanking for you so you will learn your lesson!'
'Look here, Nora,' Susie says, 'if I win I'll throw you out. I'll throw you out the door and you'll resign and never show your face here again, okay?'
'It's a deal, girl! - Time for you to get humiliated!'
Under the eyes of the customers who have followed the two girls' power struggle with growing enthusiasm, Susie and Nora get into their positions for an arm wrestling contest opposite eachother, with the counter between themselves, both women putting their right elbow on it...
