Sweaty Bodies Clash in Gym

Both the sweaty girls had joined gym around same time have reduced around 15 kgs in the last 6 months, while getting fitter and both have had silent rivalry developing between them. Both are very equal in terms of build and have hated each other since day 1. The Trainers have arranged a fight for them today post their gym session. 

Who would win and how?
