We’re sorry to hear that it wasn’t to your liking and that you would have preferred a different type of match. However, we’d like to clarify something: at APL, we produce a vast variety of matches, organized into no fewer than 19 categories.
We fully understand that no customer is likely to enjoy all 19 categories of matches. Just as no one goes to a restaurant and enjoys every dish, whether it’s pizza, pasta, meat, fish, seafood, sushi, or every type of wine, beer, liquors, deserts etc, but is that a good reason for the restaurant to serve only one type of food and drink? We certainly don't think so, and for sure on the “restaurant” APL we don’t do that, LOL.
With over 27 years in the business, we’ve learned one thing for sure: in this market, one customer’s dream can be another customer’s nightmare. Therefore our approach is simple: each customer should choose what they enjoy and leave the rest for others.
We completely respect that some may not appreciate this new type of match. However, the undeniable truth is that we released two matches of this kind in August, and they have quickly become our best-sellers for the month. So yes, we will continue producing them. In fact, we’re excited to release a new one on September 4th, and we know many customers are eagerly looking forward to it!
