I've got the same difficulty, and I wondered if using a mobile phone of outdated technology could be the problem in my case. Are you using up to date equipment? In that case, something different must be the problem. Perhaps somebody of the staff will help us all.

I've never tried going into chat with a phone or tablet so I dont know how well it works either of them. But if your using a computer sometimes flash acts up and it takes more than one try to get into chat. The best thing to do is to make sure your flash player is up to date.

Is flash required?  I am attempt to access with an IPad.

Me too. Also finding it almost impossible to get specific postings groups. Such a pity - this could be such a great site.

It is a flash player based chat. So sadly that means many of the tablets  (Apple and the newer android) won't work.
