Part of the problem is that there aren't as many new clips to post. Piracy has driven many if not most video producers out business. Most of the others have become more aggressive in protecting their copyrights from pirate sites that would post their vids up for free. YouTube and Dailymotion now remove new copyrighted vids from their sites as fast as they can. This also happens with new TV and movie clips.
Most if what is left are shaky street videos from cell phones - short, poor quality and full of noisy, abrasive screaming by enthusiastic idiots. Anymore, if you want quality new stuff ... you need to reach for your wallet.
