Sid was definately with the horsemen for a bit ... 
Happened to catch them live locally at the time ..
Drunk behind me, was bragging how he was going to trip Sid, when he walked by.
My thoughts .. Great Sid is going to fall on me. Think I did it, and attack me. Had serious thoughts about turning around, and slugging the drunk in self defense.

Then they came out .. Horsemen .. Security and entourage .. SID's head and shoulders showing above everyone else.
Needless to say, the drunk shut the f up and probably sobered up. When he saw just how big psycho Sid was in person ..

Sting was brief. Think the storyline was. They let him in, to suck him in.
Beating him down, shortly in sneak attack.

BTW thinking of these formations .. and timing .. Anyone else love the war games format?
I used to watching these. The side by side rings, inside the steel cage.
Wish I had a lot of those earlier Wcw pay per views on video. Lot of great match ups, and icons.
Was watching a TNA past PPV.
They mentioned the tag team group going by the Freebird rules .. So until they entered the ring. You did not know which of the 3 members you would be facing.

Just out of curiousity ..Was Luger ever part of the horsemen? Would have been the right time frame. Anyone know?

Usually an enforcer brought in.
To help Flair keep the title or Arn and Tully tag belts. The famed outside interference!!  He he he
Then the extra man would get impatient. How they never got chance at a title.
Usually ending in removal and betrayal by the others.

Think Sting and Luger joined forces, after this happened to one of them for awhile.
Then of course Luger betrayal, as usual.

Back to Pillman .. Yeahhh as flying Brian he was amazing .. Kind of like an A J Styles or Alex Shelly for today.
Lot of high flying, plus you never knew what he was going to try next.
He was an innovater of that in his time.
BTW another possible flash back ... Didn't he team with Z man for a bit?
Trying to remember who he was allied with.
Think Pillman entered a war Games with already taped and injured shoulder once.

If I am not mistaken Luger came in as a heel and was green so they put him with the Horsemen so they could help him out and cover up his deficiencies.  Eventually tho during the Bunkhouse Stampede days, Luger turned in the Horsemen because he didn't want to lose a Stampede match so JJ Dillon could win.

This set up Luger asking Windham to team with him and Barry turning on Lex and joining the Horsemen.

To get us back on topic, after seeing her God awful new look (to say nothing of her Godawful accent) on Raw this week, my urge to get Paige in the ring and make her suffer has never been higher.

Those two could put on a hell of a match.

Along with all of his other moves .. One that I will always think of, with AJ.

No idea which event it was. yet actually had him skin the cat so to speak. In a very unique way.
He was propelled towards the railing. Between the fans and the ring area.
He actually dropped down, sliding under it. Instead of hitting it.

SOoooooooooooooo  Hmmmmmm with the big event coming up.

She may not have done everything right.
Still she rocked, and shook things up, for awhile.
Sorry to see she was such a tormented spirit .... Wish someone would have listened more. When she seemed to be reaching out for help.

Thought it was fun. Seeing her come out in Tna briefly. As the neutralizer for Karen Jarrett.
To bad she could not have had more of a run there.

VELVET SKY to NXT !!??

Is their ANY possibility of (Not using same name likely) A beautiful person gathering in Nxt/ WWE??

BTW I did get to meet Flair and the Horseman.
I was surprised, wish I had more funds. As nothing solid to back it up.
In the middle of a crisis or two.
Should not have gone at all, no money for it right now.

Still was kind of cool. Briefly got to meet, and shake hands with Barry, Tully, Arn, and Flair.
Even got to chat with Arn for a bit. Soon as they had fans with money, I graciously got out of the way.

They had a screen set up by them. Showing old clips ... Gordon Soley .. Sighhhhh DAMN I wish so much of that, was on dvd today.
Still, a very good memory.
Arn still looks like he could kick ass.

Sorry, no way in hell, do these guys look worthy of the name.
They may be good sized guys. Yet they in no way, look as impressive as Animal and Hawk together.
Not the same and definately a horrible idea!!

These guys should not be even considered. Saw photo of them, next to Paul Ellering.
The true legion of doom, in their day. Would have mowed through these guys like a pair of jobbers, they look to be.

My vote NO!!
If they have to recreate the legion. They need to do it, with someone, that looks more impressive than these two.
