I am really into following fitness girls on IG. Watching them workout really gives you a good idea of what kind of a fighter they would be. Some of the girls, despite being in ungodly great shape come off as girly in their movements.
I ran across Karina recently and she is a complete badass. 5'11" 145 lbs of functional muscle. She moves like a cat and has amazing flexibility.
She has a video on her IG of her training in MMA. She scoops this dude up and puts him on his back and delivers 30 hard blows in 10 seconds.
Not sure there are many women alive outside of professional athletes who could handle her.
