Apologies if the answer to this question is buried deep down in one of these threads somewhere.  But if  another member/buddy blocks you or vice versa will the system tell notify you are them they are blocked so you know it and don't attempt to communicate with them or share any longer?  Or is the blocked member just left hanging until they just never ever get a response.  The later situation is not favorable because the other side could just be busy, or on vacation or otherwise indisposed for a while and still very much interested in being buddies just...stuff happens.

If someone here knows how the buddy system works her (on blocking, let me know).  Thank you,
