It's from 1959, and I've tried various search terms in various languages. My biggest issue is, that YouTube wasn't the only site where the clip was uploaded, there used to be a forum from where, years ago, I used to download clips and thus how I had a copy that was artificially lightened.
Yet, if you look at the posters, you see that the fight at the end of the film takes place during the day, not at night. That is to say even if it were reuploaded again, the end isn't very visible. The fact of the matter is that this movie's print to this day as not carried over to VHS or DVD/Blu-ray. The previously available clip comes from a VHS copy of a German private TV channel airing.
Here's where a piece of film history buff comes in: BBC has a running program for people who have back then recorded their shows since in the '80s to spare on costs, a lot of it was taped over. In a similar fashion, these new private channels paid for a VHS transfer from a print they bought from a distributor, and after the last time they aired the movie, the VHS tape was used to record something else.
There's some good news... the YouTube channel Newsbefunny could publish '70-'80-'90s era bloopers because in the process of digitization, old tapes are found in nigh forgotten warehouses, so there's a possibility the VHS from which the clip was uploaded still exists.
