Hello everyone, it's been a while. I took a break from the FCC due to a personal crisis. Anyhow, all is well and I'm back.
Hope you're all well.Emma Watson vs Hayley Atwell
Round 1: Hayley’s got 30 pounds on Emma and it shows as she outboxes the girl in a punch exchange, sending her to ropes with minimal effort where she pounds her belly with repeating uppercuts. Emma only groans in pain trying to escape her relentless opponent but failing to and having to fight from the ropes. Hayley’s punch count heavily outnumbers Emma’s, and whenever Emma would manage to land a blow it wouldn’t be precise or hard enough to hurt Hayley. Eventually, Emma fully commits to defence, managing to fend Hayley off pretty well but still getting hit a bunch and with no offensive movements the round concludes as a very easy shutout for Hayley.
Round 2: Having seen what her opponent is capable of and being left with more than a few bruises, Emma entered the second round on high alert, fighting carefully and picking her punches. The same could not be said for Hayley who stormed out of her corner hoping to mop up the fight early but Emma shows resilient, taking a few hits but ultimately dodging and countering. A minute in, Hayley misses a right cross as Emma responds with a haymaker sending the bigger fighter down on her back. She beats the count without any hesitation, at four and continues the fight. She’s learnt her lesson and is no longer throwing aggressive punches towards the smaller girl as the pace of the fight slows down, concluding the round in a draw.
Round 3: Scoring a knockdown gave Emma enough confidence to bring the fight to Hayley and straight into a right hook leaving her stunned, while Hayley goes back on the offence. She continues with a couple of uppercuts to Emma’s ribs, followed up by a jabbing series to her face, knocking her back to ropes and giving her a bloody nose in the process. Emma responds with a hook, missing Hayley by a mile as she responds with a right cross to Emma’s mouth and a left uppercut to her belly sending her down to her knees. She beats the count at eight and immediately gets thrown back to ropes where she is greeted by another jabbing series to her mouth causing a lip bleed for another shutout.
Round 4: Emma’s confidence proves to be short-lived as she finds herself back at square one, fighting from the ropes, attempting to fend off her opponent but failing to do so. Hayley has no trouble penetrating trough Emma’s measly defences, pounding all over her body and face giving her multiple cuts and bruises. Around the ninety-second mark, a pair of uppercuts to her chin sends Emma down for the count for the second time in the fight. She beats it at seven, not looking for good when she’s up. Hayley backs away for a while, resting her arms before going throwing herself back into action, busting up Emma’s precious face with one-two jabs for another overwhelmingly easy shutout.
Round 5: Back-to-back shutouts for Hayley; Emma’s spirit isn’t there anymore and she seems completely exhausted, rising slowly from her stool and sticking to ropes as Hayley once again comes at her, working around her barely raised arms and beating the girl without any resistance. She keeps the pressure on Emma’s red belly vis repetitive left-right uppercuts making her moan in pain. Emma’s knees start to buckle and she starts to slide down from the ropes but Hayley doesn’t let her go down just yet, wanting to ensure that she won’t get up the next time she goes down. She keeps her left arm, wrapped around Emma’s left making sure she stays up until the bell.
Round 6: Emma rises from her stool with her arms down, barely being able to stand up while Hayley paces across the ring looking to finish her opponent off. She continues battering her belly with uppercuts, then goes to her face via hooks, busting Emma up, slowly but surely beating the fight out of her. Emma starts slowly sliding down the ropes as Hayley ups the tempo, throwing relentless combinations consisting of jabs and hooks turning Emma’s face into a bloody mess as she goes down once again. Despite her condition, she tries getting back up but fails to beat the count and losing the very one-sided fight.
