thinking of several ways to spice things up. 
1. tag team death fight  3 in each side .  winning team is the one who are still standing . then the three to the death themselves   last one standing
2.  boxing much to the death.  between two contestants ior maybe a series of matches perhaps a tag boxing  or kick boxing 
3.mum vs daughter fight anything goes on this 
4 fighting with swords or daggers to the death

So there have been a couple changes in our tournament.  Daisy left our group and trillian so we found someone else to take her place.  Cuban Chicka took on Diana and Chicka won after a brutal alley fight.  I'll let them post what they want of the details but here is the updated bracket.
