She did however get put on the SPA database as a threat after defeating a young Agent Blue (who had also not completed her training at the time).

She stole information from SPA and most likely is living a quiet life off of it. SPA is still monitoring for any activity from her, but so far she has been off the grid. Her former classmate still searches for her from time to time, but has come up empty.

Parker holds a 9 out of 10 threat rating based on her promise she showed as a recruit and her defeat of Agent Blue. However, since it has been such a long gap in time since that engagement it is unknown how dangerous she is. Therefore, it is merely a projection. Agent Blue has requested specifically to be contacted if Parker is seen.

Tilly has the distinction of being the last person to defeat Agent Blue one-on-one. However, Agent Blue turned around and handily defeated her in the rematch a year later. After escaping prison she was tracked down by Agent Orange, who she promptly defeated.

Her criminal operations are mostly small-time, but she came into some major money after running with Charlotte Brooks for a time as her body guard. Hence the run-ins with Agent Blue. After reportedly betraying Brooks she ran for her life. She’s been on the run for a while and SPA has been tracking her movements. Perhaps if approached with a fresh face she could turn witness when Brooks eventually decides to escape prison. Until then a wait-and-see approach is to be administered.

With a 7.5 out of 10 threat level, inexperienced agents may engage with Blithe though backup is encouraged. Veteran agents may engage on their own.

Agent Blue’s Note: Tilly is a bit of a wily one. Yes she did beat me. Yes it was four years ago. Things have changed. That doesn’t mean you can take her lightly, though. She’s incredibly quick to the draw, so do not panic if she gets on you early. Relax, remember, your training, and stay the course. You have the training and she does not. You should win the fight if you just rely on that.

One half of the criminal duo “Banger & Mash,” Evie Cromwell runs the UK criminal underground along with her partner, Olivia Heath. Cromwell and Heath met in boarding school where they quickly found themselves an efficient duo. Within two months they ruled the place with an iron hand. Even the teachers feared them.

The assumption would be made that in the criminal game power is not to be shared. That is not the case for Cromwell and her partner. They share everything: Territory, property, cash, and often times each other. The closeness between Banger & Mash make them a fearsome duo when together, but apart they are still deadly. Though they are mostly STONE’s problem, SPA has helped out from time to time.

Threat level is 8.5 out of 10 which indicates inexperienced agents are not to confront without backup and veteran agents are to take caution when engaging. A brawler through and through, Cromwell is the muscle of her partnership. Best thing to do is knock her down early. She seemingly gets stronger the longer the fight goes on.

Agent Biscuit’s Note: A real tough sort, Banger lives up to her rep. She can bang you around a room if you give her the time. So the tip? Don’t give her the time. Get into her early. If you try to pick her apart she’ll only get stronger. Stamina is unreal. Get her down quick then cuff her.

The smaller, yet arguably more athletic half of Banger & Mash, Olivia Heath is a serious threat. With a bit more business savvy than her partner, she’s usually the one making the deals. Do not let that fool you. She’s every bit as dangerous as her partner.

Olivia is also much more efficient than Evie. Instead of “playing with her food” Olivia takes the quickest path to victory (or escape) when presented to her. Cold, calculating, and every bit as tough as her counterpart, Olivia’s name is known throughout all of the UK. Not just London.

Carrying a Threat Level of 8.5, inexperienced agents are not to confront without backup and veteran agents are to take caution when engaging. She is a bit on the smaller side. So while she has excellent striking capabilities, it may be best to get in close.

Agent Tea’s Note: One of the few women who has beaten Her Majesty in hand-to-hand combat, Olivia Heath is not to be trifled with. Her striking is top-notch. Better than most anyone in the world. The key to taking down Olivia comes in the ground game. If you can get her down, you take away most of her arsenal. The longer she’s on her feet, the worse it will be for you.

Fortunately, SPA knows the truth and is waiting for the day when Yeti slips up. The problem? She’s incredibly efficient and leaves no trace after her kill. Nobody knows if her inner circle is aware of her killer behavior or if she’s convinced them all she’s just your everyday pop idol. One thing is for sure: her fanbase is just as rabid as she is.

Carrying a Threat Level of 8, inexperienced agents are advised to call for backup before engaging and veteran agents are urged to take extreme caution. Little is known about her actual fighting abilities due to her exceptional cleaning skills.

Reports of her various thievery stretch from the Louvre, the Tower of London, Vegas casinos, Winter Palace, and even Tom Cruises’ home. Nothing is off limits to Young once she decides she wants to steal it. Her flexibility mixed with her small stature makes her an unstoppable grease-woman, able to fit in places none of us could even imagine.

With a Threat Level of 7 out of 10, agents of all status may engage solo. Though it is suggested inexperienced agents call for backup if available. The good news about Young is that she isn’t the strongest fighter. She’ll be more likely to flee from a fight than engage in one, but she has turned her claws on SPA and STONE agents in the past. Suggestions for combat protocols: lean on her small stature until she breaks. But try to avoid going to the ground. Her legs can be dangerous.

Valentina Cortez is one of the most unique threats on the list. Her fights come with rules. Very strict rules. She lives on a secluded island far from any official government oversight. However, every once in a while she will invite agents and fellow threats alike to come to her island.

She offers the agents a chance to bring her in for what she calls a "staggeringly high" amount of crimes. The official record has never been verified by any SPA, STONE, or TYME agent.

To our ever-growing list of threats Cortez has offered her island and diplomatic immunity.

Nobody has ever defeated her. This is because she is the greatest bear-hugger on the planet and will only ever fight an opponent in a bear hug competition. She will also only fight an opponent once, so if you are ever challenged it's recommended you take your shot. Do not worry, though. She has no record of fighting to kill and safely returns all of her opponents in secure locations.

Because Valentina only fights in one non-lethal style and her crimes are unknown, she only possesses an 8 out of 10 threat level. It seems all fights with her will be solo. And since nobody has managed to defeat her there is no suggestions to be made on how to defeat her.

Agent Yellow's Note: As weird as it may sound, Valentina's incredibly "professional." All of her fights are done by the rules she sets out and she never fights to kill. However, she has also never lost a fight as far as we can tell.

If she's taken an interest in you she will send an orange envelop to SPA with your name on it. Every SPA, STONE, and TYME agent who has received the note has gone to meet the challenge. None have conquered her.

Every great one needs their rival. England has France. Eidson had Tesla. The Hatfields had the McCoys. The Yankees have the Red Sox. Loni Striker has Ruby Fitwell.

Ruby's criminal organization had formed and succeeded first. At the age of 19 she became the most dangerous woman on the planet. SPA agents were largely helpless when sent into detail Ruby. Not even Agent Green could figure out a way to beat her for some time. Agent February (formerly Agent Blue) also found her a difficult opponent. For years Ruby went unchecked in her power and undefeated in her combat. Even fellow criminals like Jacqueline Yun would find themselves helpless when crossing Fitwell.

Then Loni Striker came along. After one of the most intense battles ever witnessed, Loni prevailed. She seized complete control of Ruby's criminal workings and meshed them with her own. Ruby was ruined. She tried to pick up the pieces, but by then the likes of Agent Green and Agent February has caught up with her. Ruby's final three known fights ended in humiliating losses, and Agent Green brought her in for good.

Threat level is 9 out of 10, which makes Ruby one of the most dangerous members of the threat list. While currently detained, a chance of escape is always a possibility. She possesses extreme skill in striking and grappling. It is advised for all agents to wait for backup when engaging.

Agent Green's Note: Ruby would have been the most famous criminal in the world if it weren't for Loni Striker's existence. As such, her fighting style is slightly outdated. She can grapple and strike, but she's more of a straight up boxer than she is a martial artist. Because of this, it is suggested to throw your 3 best techniques at her and see which ones she can't handle. Be wary, however. She has definite knockout power and has stayed in incredible shape. She won't be easy to wear down.

Tilda Hastings is a representative for the Stax Corporation, a global company with its hands in all sort of dealings. Some legitimate and others not so legitimate. Due to the sheer size of Stax, it is a constant uphill battle to bring them to justice. What's even more frustrating is the sheer amount of resources they can throw at any case brought against them. Stax owns media outlets, department stores, theme parks, chain restaurants, and hundreds of other subsidiaries. They also have gotten into funding military coups around the world.

Tilda makes sure everything runs smoothly for Stax on the PR front. However, SPA has gathered that she is more involved in their dirty dealings than initially thought. Agent Orange discovered years ago Tilda was actually leading an illegal coup in the middle east. When confronted the two engaged, ending with Agent Orange's defeat. No other contact has been made with Tilda, but she still shows up in interviews all the time. She's the unofficial face of Stax, and therefore a major target for SPA.

Tilda has been assigned an 8.5 out of 10 threat level. It is advised to seek back-up for new field agents as well as extreme caution for veteran ones. Agent Orange described her fighting style as "refined brawling." That description came in the midst of a major concussion, however, so it is yet unclear what her true fighting style is.

Agent Orange's Notes: Big, strong, and tactically brilliant. I have the feeling she has advanced military training. The sweet smile she puts up on the TV is nothing but an act. This woman is dangerous from her head to toes. I only barely escaped with my life.

Name: Sherri McCarthy

Overview:

As far as crime is concerned, Sherri McCarthy wouldn't normally be worth our time. The leader of her very own biker gang, she made most of her living off of moving crank around the Southwest US. However, SPA has recently learned that McCarthy has been in contact with both Lori Striker and the Stax Corporation. While the meaning of their relationship is unknown, SPA intends to find out. The only issue is there currently is no Southwest overseer after he passing of Agent Aqua. As such, TYME has stepped in and taken most of the "territory."

Perhaps a newer SPA agent will distinguish themselves and become the director of Southwest operations. If so they will be sure to have multiple run-ins with McCarthy.

With a threat level of 7.5 out of 10, McCarthy is a competent fighter. Rookie agents may engage McCarthy solo, though backup is highly recommended. Veteran agents have the green-light to engage and apprehend as they see fit.

Agent Aqua's Notes: In all my time at SPA Sherri McCarthy has never been more than a blip on the radar. However, for the past year she's been gathering more and more territory. Scooping up cooks and flipping dealers on their old bosses. She's gotten cozy with the cartel in the area as well. I suspect they have a power-sharing agreement. More info is needed to confirm, though.

Having engaged with McCarthy on multiple occasions, let it be known that her style is unrefined. She finds herself more comfortable throwing down in a bar or back alley than in a gym. As such, her abilities leave much to be desired on a technical level. However, she does have power. And she's tough as hell to keep down. Keep an eye on her if you think you've got her beat. She's dug deep and put me down on a few occasions.

Agent Blue's Notes: 5 years since Agent Aqua's notes and our info on McCarthy is only slightly more illuminating. Before her death, Aqua seemed convinced hat McCarthy was on the verge of something big. All we've been able to discover is she drove out the cartel that had control of the area. Real hostile takeover shit. Because of that McCarthy and her crew have bodies on them, though Sherri has kept her nose clean. It helps that our presence in the area is limited. I will have to reach out to our TYME contact and see what they might be willing to divulge. They like to keep things close to the chest over there, though. I guess I would too if I had shareholders to answer to.

Overview:

The assistant to Ms. Tasha Young, Caroline is a relative newcomer to the game. However, this has not stopped her from making a name for herself. She has shown a competency to be a threat to even senior field agents.

While she rarely assists Tasha in her criminal acts, she has on occasion acted as the cat burglar's body guard. For the most part though, she stands guard at Tasha's home on the French Riviera. Many thieves have tried to steal what Tasha has stolen. None have succeeded. Credit that the past few years to Caroline. Tall, strong, and built like a brick house, Caroline's ability is unrefined but more than enough to overwhelm the common thief. And at times enough to overwhelm SPA agents.

With a threat rating of 8.5 out of 10, it is advised that new field agents seek back-up while veteran agents exercise extreme caution. She has power and she has striking ability. A quicker or stronger opponent may be able to wear her down, but agents of smaller stature or lesser skill should most likely avoid all together. She is nearly impossible to tire out with those abilities lacking.

Agent Red’s Note: Caroline can take a hundred strikes and still keep coming. I don't know how she does it. Granite chin? No. Steel chin. Titanium. She's got unreal power in her hands as well. If you're under her you might as well grab a pillow, because it's lights out.
