Make sure you have someone helping you that either cares deeply for you or enjoys seeing you get beaten up, or both. Either way, that person will help you focus on the joy you brought to others in fighting, and/or remind you of your personal worth. After a humiliating beating, it is very easy to get depressed and dejected. Your in pain, unable to do certain things to help yourself, feeling unworthy and looking at several weeks of recuperation. In the hours after the loss, its important to focus on the few positives that come from having undertaken the fight itself. Your helpmate can help you do that. Now, please get me some meds and a few ice packs.
