A very nice slo-mo vid of a long no gi match

hi
Nice captions on the names of the moves for dummes like me!
HEY wait, huh WHAT??? That;s my chat name up there in the subject line!!! My first reaction is to hear mother's voice saying "you should know better..." Never claimed to know much of anything, and never have seen a vid quite like this. In any dojo of course first step of learning a hold, reverse etc, is Sensei breaking it down into parts step by step. and then add details and nuance. But a roll is fluid and most often fast, not a series of separate discrete holds. What is cool here in my inexpert opinion is that it i shows things fluid and slow. What moves are possible and best depend on body position and the dynamics of moving around. Seeing the flow with holds named shows that. Now I do have some thoughts about how these girls worked and also about the narrators views of the action, but I'll keep quiet about all that. Oh, and another thing. It is also nice that they are wearing gi instead of 'naked' no gi action since pulling on the gi is an integral part so many moves, I guess. I don't really know for sure. I recommend watching Master Ken as I do. I will be starting my vlog soon.
