A lot of celebs, especially these days, take up various forms of fighting for 'health' reasons.  Like Brenda Song and Sydney Sweeny.

Then there are those who are legitimate martial artists who are also actors.  Like Gal Godot and Michelle Yeoh.   

Then there are the Martial Artists turned actors. 

Of those three, the first two are the ones that catch my interest the most.  Who are your favorite celebs with legit skill in bustin' heads?

Pamela Anderson started training kickboxing around the mid eighties; first for fitness purposes then more seriously. More demanding training with Gerry Blanck in the mid 90s. Continued at some level at least till the end of V.I.P. (early 00s). So at least 15 years of training.

It would be great if she knew martial arts, but in 2006 she unfortunately said that she can't do martial arts:

"Yeah, I got Edgemont right away [after college], and I was also in Hong Kong at the time, and I got a lead in a martial arts feature, even though I can't really do martial arts... they didn't care. I was offered that, and at the same time, Edgemont came along, and I had to choose, so I decided to come back to Canada."

Perhaps she has learned something after that, so If any information exists about her combat skills I would really want to know.

Kate Beckinsale maybe?

She is obviously in fantastic shape and trains hard to maintain her incredibly lithe body. I've seen photos of her working out wearing boxing gloves, so she probably hits a bag at the very least. As Selene in the Underworld movies was a bit of an ass-kicking heroine role I assume she may have had some martial arts training for it.

Doesn't really matter to me anyway as I'm more of a classic (rolling, hairpulling, clawing) catfight fan. That's where a vivid imagination comes in handy.
