I like to start in writing stores.
Are there some pointers i need to know.
<> Write what you know. Make the setting, time period, and circumstances one's you have personal familiarity with.
<> Decide if the story takes place pre-internet or post-internet. Makes a big difference to plot.
<> Show, don't tell. Show why the two women are doing what they're doing to each other.
<> Give at least an outline of the women's appearance--build, clothes, hairstyle.
<> I know others disagree with this one, but it's important to me: has either woman been in a fight before?
<> Most important of all: if anyone disagrees with how you do it .... too bad! It's your story. Listen to criticism, but don't take it to heart. Have confidence in your inspiration.
