There is a recent poll asking about phrases one would like to hear or has requested. My question is have you been forced to verbally submit in front of your S.O? If comfortable telling it, could you tell a little about when you did? Such as who the fight was with, what were you asked to say?  What was the reaction to, your rival and S.O. Afterwards?
