The plan for a book does not always work out. There are lost of changes to the plot. New characters enter the story like uninvited guests. But usually my main characters survive, especially in sexfight books. In my new sexfight book, Wild West Sexfights, my initial main character did not make it past chapter 4. though. This was totally unplanned. But a new plot presented itself, and I went with it. Her killer is now the new main character. But she has stiff competition for this role from the sister of the leader of a New York gang.
