Well, I've never had any problem with mediafire. Occasionally, you may see a popup-ad, but you just close those out.
Anyways, here is what you would see when clicking on, say the first mediafire link, under the cftoon1 pic:

Then just click on the green download button:

A small window at the bottom of the screen will ask if you want to open/save/cancel. I always 'save' the file to my harddrive.
((always check the file name to make sure it is the right file your downloading and not a popup ad))
Click save:

When its complete, the window will say its done. You can just exit it out. Find what folder you downloaded the file to and watch. ((although it is a good habit to always scan every file you downloaded with your antivirus software before using, whether its a video, music or text file.))
As for watching, I always use the VCL player. You get better sound and options than the windows media player.
