Both from the X Rated movie entitled Daddy's Little Girls.  The second fight in this clip was the climatic scene in the movie.  Still one of my favorites. 

When this aired on pay-per-view cable, the cable company would show the movie to non-subscribers on a scrambled screen -- as a tease.  One could make out just enough to have an idea what was going on.  I couldn't believe my strained eyes.  So the next day I phoned the cable company and got the name of the movie, then went to my local VHS rental store and rented it.  Still have my copy of all three of the fights, although the 3rd was by far the best.  It's even better with the cutaways edited out.
