What about a story request or story suggestion section??
Story request - If a member has an idea and want a story based on that idea, then a member can post her/his story request and an intrested writer can write its story based on her/his idea.
Story suggestion - A writter is writting a story on some idea, but dont know how to start or how to end , then he can take a suggestion from other members, or if he has many endings (or Intros) and he want to choose the best option, then he can take suggestion or poll votes from other members.
