A handshake to begin and refusal to acknowledge each other at the end.  Zambia (Belgium) and Karine (Germany) lock tightly together and fight body to body in a tense encounter.  Shouted on by two mature women Beatrice (Bel) and Susanne (Ger - who is  also taking a lot of photos), the ladies and the wrestlers continually complain about each others antics.  A great battle but it is unclear if the flashpoint (both girls yank hair) is at the very end of the match or if the match is stopped because of it.   If it is the latter it is a shame.  If it had happened earlier or the ladies had been allowed to continue I think we would have been treated to a real scrap.  The expressions of the girls at the end was priceless.

Wow, it looked like Karine started the hairpulling at the end and then got the fight stopped because she clawed Zambia's face a little, nice fight, thanks for sharing.

At 5mn10, Zambia complains of having been bitten and at 9mn10 to have been scratched. I think at the end Karine, very angry pulls the hair of Zambia before scratching her face. It was safer to stop the fight.

Many thanks for that one.  What an epic struggle they had at the DWW event. I imagine that was after the  2-1 win by Zambia.  Karine deserved the victory here, she spent so much time on top, but these girls certainly lock up when they fight each other.  With the encouragement from the Belgian camp  and to the obvious delight of Karine's camp with the victory it cetainly made this a really special encounter.
