The Destry western movies, Destry Rides Again, and the later movie Destry. Both had real good catfights that were slightly tongue-in-cheek, but the fights themselves were excellent, old fashioned catfights with lots of hair pulling, and rolling on the ground.
Also one of the best western movie catfights was Dragoon Wells Massacre, with Katy Jurado vs. Mona Freeman in a fantastic catball catfight in the dirt. They really did a great job, and a realistic looking catfight.
