alright so here's the background story i came up with:
Violetkat is travelling on a business trip to Japan, when her work is done, she arrived at a spa(hot spring) hotel
her stocking feet were in her high heels all day, it was a tiring day, she just wanted to relax
It's a friday, Ayako just finished off her work and came to the same spa hotel for which she comes quite often
her stocking feet of course, were in her high heels for the entire day as well
there are not many guests today so the hotel is quiet
they went into the dressing room to ge changed for spa, somehow, their lockers are close to each other
no one knows who started it, but one lady was covering her nose with her hand and having a "disgusting" expression on her face when the other lady was removing her shoes
it started off as arguing whose feet did that smell came from
but it escalated quickly
after some exchange of insults and threats they hear footsteps heading towards the dressing room
some other guests are coming and they realize this is not the proper place for them to settle their "feet dispute"
Ayako dared Violetkat to her room, for which they will settle it woman to woman, Violetkat accepted the challenge
in the eyes of other guests, they are just seeing two friends walking through the hotel, with their high heels footsteps loud and sound
once the door is shut
they may wonder, what is that muffled sound of moaning?
