Season 3 Episode 16 (Scarlet Shadow), and S4E11 (Time Share) are well-done Mitzi Kapture catfight episodes.
How do the episodes fare against each other?
1. The characters
3 opponents for Rita in S3E16 (an old friend of hers, a self-defense class drill sergeant, and an Internal Affairs cop who ends up being the criminal). Just 1 in S4E11: a blonde tennis instructor/thief. But the tennis instructor is also sleeping with/using Rita's older colleague (Donovan) for whom she (Rita) has a soft spot, so Rita really really wants to bust blondie.

2. The actresses
All 3 of the S3E16 actresses exude different types of sexual energy--the Internal Affairs cop turns out to be leading a double life as a Dominatrix. Rita's post-sparring locker room scene with her old friend is a nice touch. But blondie in S411 gives an icy/bitchy vibe, and is plausible as a two-timing witch.

3. The clothes
Rita's final fight in S3E16 is in a revealing low-top silk blouse, and showing more of her cleavage than the show normally does.

4. The premise
The whole plot line of S3E16 is Rita's development from hapless weakling to bad ass. She spends a lot of time on her back, but eventually gains her confidence. Seeing right through blondie is S4E11 works too, just not as relentlessly and completely. S3E16 is all-in on Rita's fights.

5. The fights
Many types of fights in S3E16, both wins and losses for Rita. S4E11chas just a single fight, but it's a doozy. Bonus points for it being inside a locked gate/cage.
