Kristin Chenoweth, miniscule songstress with a powerful voice, it is not easy to find an opponent to fight in the ring when it comes to physical contests. With her slight 4'11" frame, she is usually outsized by every woman by far.
However, a recent incident led to her challenging actress
Reese Witherspoon. At a party, Reese wore a floor length silk dress, on which Kristin had stepped without either woman being aware of Kristin's stiletto heel resting on the fabric of Reese's gown. When Reese took one step forward, her dress ripped, and, turning around and staring at Kristin, she snapped, 'Can't you watch where you put your foot, stupid goat?'
Kristin replied angrily, 'Do you think I can take care of every scarecrow who drags her rags around the floor in here, you cow?'
Darting a poisonous glance at Kristin, Reese hissed at her, 'You could at least apologise for ruining my gown, you clumsy ugly hag!'
'Ugly? You call me ugly?' Kristin screamed at her and slapped the actress' face. Reese slapped her back, and in the next moment the two ladies had grabbed each other's hair with both hands, now each violently tearing a handful off her enemy's head while they shrieked in pain and anger.
Amongst the other guests were actress Gwendoline Christie and pop singer Katy Perry; those two women rushed to separate the two catfighting ones, giant Gwendoline wrapping her arms around Reese, lifting her off the ground, and carrying her to a safe distance while Katy struggled as hard as she could to keep Kristin from going after Reese.
Eventually, Kristin and Reese agreed to continue their battle in an arranged fight, stepping into the ring to settle their differences between themselves.
