This has all the makings of a super, vicious, no-holds-barred catfight. Both Sybil Danning and Diane McBain claim the title of the meanest, nastiest blonde bitch around. Actually they usually leave the word blonde out but this is between blondes. The women are evenly matched in size but Diane being a little smaller in body size according to the measurements. Both have the same fighting spirit so this could go right down to the wire with neither one giving the other any quarter..

Sherry Jackson could easily be the sweetest person in the tournament. That doesn’t mean Pam Grier will take it easy on her. To the contrary, Pam hates sweetness and wants to destroy it. Sherry will have to do everything she can in order to have any chance of winning and not being totally beaten up. At least Pam isn’t wearing her hair in an Afro so she won’t have any razor blades hidden there.

Annette Funicello and Farrah Fawcett may not be the best fighters but this could still be an very entertaining and hard fought confrontation. Farrah is a little taller, Annette a little heavier. Don’t know which is stronger. Farrah has a slightly better record with one more win. Annette got beat up badly by Loni Anderson and Farrah had a tiring fight with Raquel only to get beat up badly at the end. On paper this fight could go either way with both having a good chance at winning. Depends on who wants it more and who has the deep down reserves.

Another super fight could be brewing between too very good fighters. Senta Berger has proven she can beat a woman with strong dancer’s legs in edging out Ann-Margret. Joey Heatherton has shown herself to be a very capable and determined fighter. She may be faster than Senta and this could cause the slower Senta problems. Both don’t lack for motivation. Senta is in second and wants to take over first place. Joey is aimed to move above Raquel Welch in the rankings.

Another ambitious fight between two evenly matched weaker women. Each wants to prove themselves better than their rival. It has the classic blonde vs brunette confrontation. This is probably stronger on Jaclyn Smith’s fight because of her hatred of blondes caused by first Farrah and then Cheryl Ladd getting most of the attention on Charlie’s Angels. Britt Ekland has a slightly better record and so Jaclyn’s stronger hatred of blondes will probably make this a ‘too close to call’ contest.

Both Barbara Bach and Nancy Kwan are fully confident of winning this fight. Nancy because she sees Barbara not being much bigger than her and having no where near as good fighting skills. Barbara because Nancy is the biggest loser in the tournament. Barbara believes she is stronger than Nancy and knows how to counter Nancy’s best weapons in martial arts fighting. Is Nancy hiding a weapon in that muff? We shall see…

The last two fights were two weaker women facing off. This is definitely not in that category. Cathy Lee Crosby was a pro tennis player at one time and believes herself to be the strongest women in the tournament. Martine doesn’t believe it, thinking she is stronger. Both women appear serious for the fight by the way they are dressed. Each believes she can overpower the other and that will be the emphasis of the fight. If one does it could be very lopsided. If not, it could be a hard struggle to the bitter end. As added motivation they are only a win apart. Cathy will want to climb past Martine and Marine will want to knock Cathy down further in the rankings.

On paper this is physically a big mismatch. Edy Williams looks down with disdain on Tuesday Weld. She wants to dispel the image of her being just a soft beauty queen who can’t fight and no “little fucking runt is going to beat me.” Tuesday Weld has the spunk of a small woman who is a real sexpot and thus is always being picked on by jealous other women. She has learned how to fight bigger woman. She believes “it is the size of the fight in the dog and not the size of dog in the fight. I’m not intimidated by Edy after all, I have a much better record than she does. I will chop that tall tree down to size.”

Sybil Danning hogties Diane McBain. Two women out to prove the are the meanest, baddest blondes around. No contest in that department. Diane occasionally shows signs of compassion. Sybil never does. Physically they are well matched as is their catfighting mentality But Sybil has more of a killer instinct. When Diane has Sybil in trouble she doesn't finish her off. When Sybil has Diane in trouble she doesn't let up. Diane's scarf was a big mistake. Sybil uses it to choke her unconscious. Then uses it hogtie her hands and bee together.

Sherry Jackson brutalized by Pam Grier. OK, so this is the perfect opportunity to vote with my heart and have the little sweet princess find a way to beat the nasty bully. No way, baby. Even if Pam just stood there and let Sherry punch her Sherry probably wouldn't do much damage. By the time they are finished fighting in abut a minute, Sherry is twisted up like a pretzel.

Annette Funicello loses to Farrah Fawcett. This could be a close fight. The beach blanket bingo babe against one of Charlie's Angels. Farrah is a better athlete than many give her credit for. She has stronger arms and legs from playing lots of tennis than she is given credit for. Farrah just proves to be the more capable fighter in pinning Annette until she has to give up.

Senta Berger wins a close fight with Joey Heatherton. This should be some fight and could go either way. The analysis under their photos gives a good description of this fight. If Senta had lost to Ann-Margret I probably would have went with Joey. But Senta beak Ann-Margret and I think Joey would lose in a close fight to Ann--Margret. It could go the other way however if Senta cannot handle Joey's speed.

Jaclyn Smith has her thong handed to her by Britt Ekland. Britt comes out very aggressively and takes it to Jaclyn. Britt takes it to Jaclyn who is on her heels. Not for long. Britt shoves her on her butt, turns her over and has her crying out with a camel clutch.

Barbara Bach dazzled by Nancy Kwan's leg work and arm chops. Nancy is finally up against a lightweight that she can effectively use her martial arts skills. Barbara gets frustrated and charges even more wildly. But this just plays right into the hands of Kwan's expertise.

Cathy Lee Cosby takes out her frustration on Martine Beswick. The athletic, strong Cathy Lee is frustrated she has lost so many matches. Turns out Martine doesn't have a much better record. The two, strong women lock up in battle. Cathy Lee matches Martine in strength if not being stronger. Marine likes fighting weaker women more and is not used to fighting someone as strong as her. Cathy eventually forces her to her knees where a knee lift to Martine's jaw sends her on her back out cold.

Edy Williams upset by Tuesday Weld. OK, so I'm allowed one fantasy pick per round and this is it. Tuesday becomes a tiny dynamo whirlwind. If Edy were a good catfighter it wouldn't make any difference. But she isn't. Tuesday jumps on her back and rips her hair out until Edy can't take it anymore. She falls flat on her stomach. Tuesday sits on her back and continues to rip out hair until Edy is bawling her submission.

My thoughts: 

Sybil Danning vs Diane McBain
One of the overall contenders starts this round in an emphatic fashion by pummelling Diane McBain into submission in a one-sided beatdown. Diane has been doing rather well recently but Sybil is just too big and powerful hence she won't have much trouble with the smaller blonde.

Sherry Jackson vs Pam Grier
If Sybil Danning had a easy beatdown victory, then Pam Grier tops that in bucketloads. This could well be the biggest trashing of the entire round as Pam chops down Sherry Jackson into pieces in a fight that lasts a couple of minutes at most and leaves Sherry in a complete mess.

Annette Funicello vs Farrah Fawcett
Two slender women facing off here but Annette's early run of success has almost entirely evaporated now. Farrah would be in full control of action and pin the brunette for a clear victory in one of her finest showing in the tournament thus far.

Senta Berger vs Joey Heatherton
Joey is aggressive as ever but Senta heavy blows will turn her face into a bloody mess in a very vicious fight. Senta knows she'll need to win all her remaining fights to have a shot at the title and this prospect will give her the edge over the potential banana skin which Joey can be.

Jaclyn Smith vs Britt Ekland
Britt Ekland has seen how easily Sharon Tate clobbered Jaclyn Smith and that sets a tone for this fight as the blonde viciously manhandles the Charlie's Angels star in a rather one-sided contest.

Barbara Bach vs Nancy Kwan
Nancy got whomped by Edy Williams but Barbara is much weaker and in fact very prone to getting smothered by a smaller opponent. Nancy uses her martial arts skills to kick Barbara into a mix of frustration and exhaustion before she trips her over and applies a winning armbar.

Cathy Lee Crosby vs Martine Beswick
Could be a highlight of the entire round, Martine is aggressive as ever especially considering another blonde coming her way. Cathy wants to avenge some embarrassing losses recently, but before she can think of a successfull winning tactic, gets dragged onto the floor by Martine who turns her stomach into jelly beans. Cathy's height advantage means nothing against the brunette's brute force and once Martine gets done with pummelling the blonde's stomach, she grabs her by the hair and smashes Cathy's head over the floor until the blonde has taken all the pounding she could and yells out a submission.

Edy Williams vs Tuesday Weld
Tuesday very much likes the dynamo sexpot image and is not amused by people calling her a weak blonde. After all, she's had some success already and put fellow slender built women like Jaclyn Smoth or Stefanie Powers into the shade. Edy has shattered Nancy Kwan in the previous round and thinks she'll have another easy fight on her hands only to find out Tuesday likes to play it rough. Tuesday is generally pissed that Edy bleached her hair again and promises to knock the phoney blonde out. Indeed, she rips Edy's tits off right from the get go jumping on the taller women and wrapping her legs around Edy's waist. Edy is unable to stay on her feet for too long and crumbles on her knees. Tuesday doesn't need another chance and lays Edy flat on her back before finishing the tits ripping job in bloody circumstances.

Sybil Danning 39 vs Diane McBain 42: This fight was billed as the fight for the meanest, nastiest blonde bitch (Sybil and Diane agreed the blonde wasn't needed.) A full blown catfight occurred as billed with apparently no-holds-barred. Sybil had the extra motivation of being in 3rd place and wanting to move up into 1st or 2nd. Sybil started out strong with some nasty, maybe finger bending which would normally have been illegal. Diane finally extracted her hand. Neither woman had much hair left as the went to the ground. Diane entangled her legs around Sybil's to trap them. Then went to work on her toes, getting revenge on the finger bending. Sybil's little piggy screamed all the way to a submission. It was the closest fight of this round.

Sherry Jackson 31 vs Pam Grier 48: I guess the only surprise of this right was that it was only the fifth worse beat down of the round. Pam was clearly in a mood to torture sweet Sherry Jackson. Pam took the phrase "Pam Grier ravages Sherry Jackson" literally and had her sexual fun with Sherry after beating her up first.

Annette Funicello 34 vs Farrah Fawcett 43: Annette went in thinking she had a better than 50/50 chance at getting a win over the taller but lighter Farrah Fawcett. She did give Farrah a battle. But Farrah prevailed by using some fighting techniques she learned for Charlie's Angels. Annette had a couple of good fights on Fantasy Island but those were later in her career. She hadn't done much fighting before this and it showed as Farrah was always one step ahead of her.

Senta Berger 38 vs Joey Heatherton 43:  Another close, hard fought fight. In fact it was the fifth closest fight this round. Senta was fighting to stay in second place, just a lost and a tie behind Elke Sommer. Joey had been a tough fighter and beating good fighters but Senta believed her 15 extra pounds would allow her to put Joey under her body where she could smother her with her bigger breasts. She also doubted that Joey was 5'5", more like 5'2" or so believed Senta. Whatever Joey's true height, she proved to be the better woman over Senta. Joey used her speed with her dancer's legs and stamina to keep Senta off balance. A horizontal leap to apply a double kick, one to each breast, put Senta on her back where Joey leaped and landed with both feet on Senta's belly. They did Senta in.

Jaclyn Smith 34 vs Britt Ekland 46: Jaclyn wanted badly to do what her fellow angel did and get a win. She was up against a blonde who was shorter and, slender as Jaclyn is,  even lighter and thinner than Jaclyn. But Jaclyn had had her ass handed to her by another slender blonde, Sharon Tate, and Britt knew exactly what to do as she emulated Sharon's tactics. Britt simple out wrestled and out fought Jaclyn to take the win.

Barbara Bach 38 vsNancy Kwan 42: Two more lightweights went at it tooth and nail. Barbara was much taller (by 4") and more gangly than the compact Nancy. For once Nancy was able to use her martial arts skills against a less capable foe. She bounced Barbara on her ass again and again until Barbara got up rubbing her ass and back saying she could take no more. Barbara did put up a battle to make this the second closest fight of the round.

Cathy Lee Crosby 41 vs Martine Beswick 37: This was the third closest fight of this round. But it was not too lightweights throwing each other around but rather two muscular, solid women grappling with each other. A long, back and forth fight took place. Martine was the more vicious but was countered by the more athletic Cathy. In the end Cathy proved to be the stronger as she out muscled Martine to put her down and trap her there where she could work her over.

Edy Williams 33 vsTuesday Weld 45: Edy Williams actually salivated when she saw her opponent was the tiny Tuesday Weld and thought about what she would do to her.  Tuesday was angered and insulted by the lack of respect shown her by Edy. She vowed then and there to teach the big galoot a lesson. That is exactly what she did. She went in low and tackled a surprised Edy, lifting her off her feet and slamming her to the ground. Landing hard on her back, the wind was knocked out of Edy and she never recovered as Tuesday kept up her relentless attack. Straddling Edy's legs, Tuesday drove fist after fist into Edy's soft belly, keeping her form getting a breath. then she pounded  Edy's huge breasts until Edy was crying. Finally she aimed her fists at Edy's face and jaw to KO her.
