Dice fighting
« on: June 08, 2022, 08:13:16 PM »
I know there are several dice and number methods used on here for some cyber fighters. What are some of them and how do they play out?

I can help!
I use a very very basic one myself. Each writer rolls a twenty sided die to see who is "attacking" or in control first.

You Each start with say 60 up, endurance, life etc.

Then you write like a fee form role play going back and forth with set up and start the fight, the lead attacker rolls for their damage it comes off the defenders total. You can exchange descriptions and roll again.

You continue until someone hits zero where you set up a finish to your story. Like I said super basic but fun!

It works great in chat rooms with a dice command so you don't have to roll a die or use another site with a roller.

I've had ideas for more complexity but it would be for more like D&D style with a Games Master and player(s).

Anyway I hope that helps!

Sounds fun, maybe you can add a sensible areas (boobs and pussy) endurance points...

honestly, i could never figure out what this is. i know a few people who do it, but to me... it looks complete trash
Well I think that sometimes is good for meet a new ciberfighter, sometimes you can see the emotes and how the fighter focus the fight before fight her/him in free flow... and sometimes if both fighters had long fights and they want do something a bit faster they can use these rules for waste less time.

Use to be one with a 20 sided dice. I think it was a roll of 12 or better the action was successful, below and it was a failure. After three consecutive successful rolls that one could roll to end the fight. a roll of 20 allowed you to use a finisher. a roll of 1 meant not only was  the move unsuccessful, but she was hurt as well.
