It's funny you ask because for no reason this year I've been on a binge getting custom videos. I rarely ever bought clips because my tastes skew a bit different but I had the pleasure of dealing with several models & companies over the past six months--I started back in june as a birthday present to myself. I would ask what kind of stuff are you into, I first got a couple X rated videos from Curvy girl wrestling & JB was a genuine pleasure to deal with whereas the second one was CLF productions, now renamed Wrestling n more; they're a mexican based company and I was rather upset at how much they got wrong with my script. I first thought the scripts needed to be highly detailed but I've learned it's easier if you tell them the things you'd like to happen then let them have fun improving it. The less they have to memorize the better it seems, especially dialogue, and it gives them better autonomy of the product. However CLF have been the absolute best at delivery because the link they send you includes the video as well as a pic set and a gif of the match.
Price is a major factor, X rated is high dollar amount (due to testing and just general model preferences) so if you'd prefer tamer f/f fantasy catfight or prostyle, I've dealt with a couple models and I have to say that Modest Moms Wrestling has been the best at handling my customs. I got a couple from alexandria and she seemed to nail the tone better than any of the rest; granted it was definitely a more PG rating but she was very easy to deal with and has her whole setup down. A friend on twitter likes to get customs from CLF and also has bad times with them getting it right but SAF prod has some pretty good stuff.
What it'll come down to is the models you like (either by name or a type) and the content you prefer (x rated vs softcore). I got some non wrestling customs with Goldie and I had nitpicks but it was cool to get one from her, as a very reasonable price, and from a model named Paris Love, who were both very professional. There are indie models I like who don't do x rated, or dont have capabilities to record high quality, so that's why I've been dealing with producers like JB from curvy girls or guy from SAF prod who arrange these matches and can even give you a roster of models that are available if you're unfamiliar with them. But like I said they are costly; around 1k for x rated (even more if it's higher quality company like defeated) but maybe 300-500 for a PG wrestling match, tho I'm small time so only ordered for 15-20mins.
If you're into muscle women,there's a lot of that on twitter; I wish there was just some k ind of online yellow pages for models who wrestle and do customs because it is difficult to look for what you're into. First and foremost I would make a mini script first, just jot down things you'd like the models to do so that way when you find someone to do it you'll have a brief outline to show them. Once you have that, if you don't have a specific model in mind, I'd scroll through social media; there's lots on instagram too.
