Cindy has always seemed a little more athletic than the typical "stand there and look pretty model". So in her prime I definitely think she could hold her own. Although now in her late 50's she'd probably struggle against most younger women.

Cindy C would have been a hellcat until her mid 40s.  Could she beat a 20 year old today, probably (never say never) not.  But match her up with a 40+ woman not only would she hold her own but just might win.
