I think Amy vs Pam would be the more interesting match to watch.   Jennifer's youth, size, and strength advantages are too much, IMHO, for Amy to overcome.

I would like to see Amy take on Isla Fisher or maybe Jennifer Love Hewitt.   Think those could be very exciting to see.

Completely agreed. Amy's red hot but even in her prime she was no match for any other actresses.

Also, she was way too sweet to put up much of a fight.

My bet is, she would be totally dominated and destroyed in a real life fight against almost anyone.
