Probably a repost but I love this one! Starts with a very sexy slap. Guy thinks about breaking it up too soon but he's stopped. A cop shows up, waits awhile to stop it and when he finally does, appears to leave with no arrests! Bravo to whatever country this is!

Between the crowd yelling in Spanish and the word "Monterrey" on the side of the police car I'm thinking it's Monterrey, Mexico.

I love how the crowd helps the ladies settle things themselves by keeping bystanders and even the police away. I'm sure they all know the reason for the fight and collectively agree that it needs to be settled by the women.
