It's simple:
Jayden broke the agreement for this
poll fight and unfairly declared herself the winner.
That's a fact and this issue,
including Jayden,
is over for me.
Anyone who can read has a clear advantage!
Jacky,
I’m trying to understand your perspective here but honestly I’m struggling.
The poll closed at 12:58 pm yesterday and the result was Jayden 68 - Jacky 67
You say Jayden unfairly declared herself the winner?
But she declared herself the winner at 1:21pm yesterday (After the poll closed)
So unless I’m missing some crucial part of your agreement for this poll fight? I don’t see an issue here. So please Jacky, help me understand
Kate
Kate.
I would be happy to explain it to you and everyone else again.
The agreement for this poll fight was
decision by cyberfight,
members may bet on the winner.
This means that the votes by which Jayden declared herself the winner are actually worth nothing.

Right

Now we’re getting somewhere

If this is what you and Jayden agreed, I can at least now see your point of view.
Firstly I would suggest that next time you do a public cyber fight and the fight is to be exclusively settled between yourself and your rival, I would make a post here and fight here:
https://www.freecatfights.com/forums/index.php?board=28.0Polls are really not the best for this type of encounter and the mods are not too keen on bumping up polls which have run there natural course.
Secondly this important stipulation really should have been made clear at the start for everyone, as we’re not mind readers (Thank god)

As for this poll, there are two ways you can look at it:
1, No stipulation regarding the importance of the voting was made clear at any time during this poll fight, so normal rules apply and you lost Jacky!
2, The agreement you and Jayden reached outside of this poll is valid and that in reality the fight is still in progress and Jayden declaration of victory is premature and invalid.
However looking back at your own posts Jacky, they seem to indicate that the fight had to be concluded within the 7 days that the poll was scheduled to run for, at least that is my interpretation. This in itself is a problem, as at the pace this fight was going no one was going to win within 7 days unless they went Super! Also it would seem to suggest this was just a normal poll fight, under normal rules.
Honestly Jacky my final conclusion is you picked the wrong format for this fight and it should never on been run as poll. Nevertheless it was run as poll and with all things considered in my opinion and it only an opinion - Jayden won.
