In the Phillippines, there's a creative love-triangle themed soap series called 'Asawa Ko, Karibal Ko', which means 'My Wife, My Rival'. 

Venus is married to a man named Gavin.
Rachel is Gavin's mistress, and therefore Venus's rival.  (And Rachel and Venus catfight frequently during the series--see Episode 83 on YouTube.)

But how is Rachel also Venus's wife?  Because Venus is a transitioned transgender, who before her transitioning and while living as a male had been married to Rachel.

If you like (older) mother vs mother and (grown) daughter vs daughter family fights nearly every episode you should watch "Widow"s War". My wife watches it and I gave up trying to count all the catfiights. The show is basically an endless parade of screaming, hair pulling and sneak attacks. There is even one where both daughters (now widows) are pregnant and fight outdoors with one of them losing their baby. Philippine soap operas are truly in a class by themselves when it comes to entertaining catfight fans.
