I'm not pointing fingers at anyone but I have noticed that there are quite a few people who post polls about members and neglect to include a picture of one or both of the persons involved.  I've only posted one poll myself but just so everyone here knew who was involved in the poll I posted a picture.  That saves the members the hassle of looking up each member's profile and seeing who is involved in the poll.  Simple enough I would think.  So the question is...

SHOULD AUTHORS OF POLLS INCLUDE PICTURES OF THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE POLL IN THE POLL?  That sounds rather strange.  Oh well.

I'm not planning on getting into the poll posting business but I will post a poll once in a while.  If someone in the poll doesn't have a picture or provide me a picture to post in the poll they are not in it.  That's my call on it.

Gail ,  You know that I do not post photographs when I have polls.  I will always leave it up to the ladies if they want a photograph posted or not.

That's your preference, Pete.  We agree on most things, on this one we don't.  Any poll that I have (one or was it two?) posted had pictures.  I won't post one without pictures and if a person doesn't want a picture posted she's not going to be in one of my polls (if I ever post one again).

Is the weather in Vegas as shitty as it is here?  Cloudy, windy, trying to rain?  So much for the beginning of summer holiday weekend.  Shit!

Gail ,  The weather here in Las Vegas has been excellent with lots of sun and some winds.  Also I have never learned how to post photographs.

If the picture was pulled off of a public internet site where anyone and anybody can see the picture without a password or a "friending," then picture, IMHO, could be used becuase there is no assumption of privacy.

If it's a picture you took that the female has no idea that you are going to be posting it on the internet, then I do not think that is right.

Haha Gail I am guilty as charged!  I am also guilty of barely knowing how to use a computer, and felt so accomplished when I made my first poll that I didn't even think about trying to edit pics in there.

Note: I voted "yes" in your poll here. I will take time and learn, did not know how inconvenient it was until you put it up there but you're absolutely right.

On a side note: There was an occasion that someone posted a poll with me and a picture of me (granted from my profile) without my consent, and I was so creeped out I almost deleted my account.

GREAT topic ...... Myself I would love having photo of each lady to be seen in poll, when I do them.

YET ANY time I have ever tried to do that here. I am blocked and it says folder or file full.  So never had luck loading the ladies photos to the poll myself.
KNow idea why I have that problem, may be my computer.  That was one thing I LOVED ALI CAT for.. as she not only could handle herself in a fight, she was smart enough to be able to do that for me.

Then, also agree with what was said.. not ALL the ladies willing to have photos here, for good reasons. IF they do, not all willing to have them used in polls.

Sure a photo is good, and it does help in seeing who's involved in a poll rather than everyone guessing or trying to visualize what the girls look like.

I gotta go with the majority on this one....It's good to get a comparison. We put ourselves out there for everyone to decide which of us will win a fight, a pic helps, as long as it's a real pic 'n not one used just to get easy votes. That takes all the fun out of it. Just sayin'.

I think at the very least if it's member vs member there should be an easy link to the person's profile page. Pictures do help out a lot as well.
