Just recently I received an e-mail ad from USA Publications-addressed to my real name. USA Publications is pure garbage, I've never ordered anything from them.
Matter of fact I've only used my "real" credit card containing this info TWICE, once from L. Scott Sales, the other time from California Wildcats, years ago...
Back before you had to give your SS# and real name and address, I was using a Green Dot pre-paid card (aka my "porno card") under a pseudonym with a false address. The only places I used that was DWW and Foxy Combat (to this day I can not order from them because my CC companies see adult oriented overseas websites as "suspicious activity").
Sure enough, now I'm getting X rated spam to my pseudonym.
So I'm pretty sure one or more of these producers is selling or sharing customer info with others in the business.
Has anyone else had this happen, and what do you make of it??
Personally, I don't like it.....
