LOOKING for some heads up here ...

Any feedback on REALLY good extra stuff fave blue rays may have that regular dvds do not??  I am not interested in a single added trailer or that simple.

I mean maybe extended versions or maybe even added shorts if animated...
Not hooked up yet.. but got my first blue ray player for Christmas..
Have Lord of the Rings.. Figure to get Transformers trilogy, Twister, and maybe Chronicles of Narnia for something epic.

Yet interested in scoops or other ideas as well!!
FAVE movie feedback.... PLUS ANYTHING NEW and good seen lately??

I don't know if any of these fit your tastes Storm but they have good stuff on them.  oh and maybe you would like the matrix box set

Happened to see... BLUE RAY Supposed to have extended edition of First Hobbit movie KNEW Lord of Rings had it.. Anyone know any more about that??

FEW MOVIE quotes to see if anyone can guess.

1) "Who do you think this man is god?"  "No god would have mercy, he won't."

2) "Where is Mr Nitti?" "He's in the car."

3) I don't like the look of him." "This mules got a mean look to him."
"His name's Mabel." "Either the mule or you can walk.

4) I'm a preventer." "I keep bad things from happening to good people."

AGAIN may not be exact word for word ... Yet hope close enough for you to guess them.

BEST thing to try since a LOT of older movies making it onto dvd or blue ray these days..  Simply do a search at ebay or Amazon.com
Does not mean you have to purchase it there. Helps using filters .. movie/dvd  and so on, when looking.
Just seems to work, as a great search engine .. to find out. If certain titles have been put on dvd. Other thing that sucks.. is some only like a made to order, not mass release OR they only show for a short time. Then dvd version is out of print as well.

All the marbles.. Peter Falk?? Anyways.. think I did see that recently pop on dvd.. So maybe give it a check see.

Good luck with that title...
Myself again... Avengers   Keep watching it.. LOVE some of the subtle humor mixed in ... Hulk/ Banner seems to get a lot of that.
You mean they want me enclosed and underwater? Then it begins lift off.. (Ohhh yeah this is much worse... )
I saw it all, you came down, big, green, and buck ass naked. You one of them? You know an alien?  No .. Well then son I would say, you have a condition.

OK helps you have Coby Smulders, Scarlett Johansen, and Pepper Potts character as eye candy as well.  He he he

just bought "All the Marbles " on Amazon this week..hopefully will get here for the weekend !  ;D
another 1 of my favs has to be the classic "Cool Hand Luke" ..some really memorable and classic scenes...especially 1 w/a very bodacious blonde who comes outside to wash her car while the chain gang is working outside on a swelteringly hot day...not sure if she planned it this way..but she had all eyes on her and her buttons on her shirt were popping loose as she leaned over to soap up her car , getting a lot of the suds on her shirt n jeans as well. And of course the actor Strother Martin has his classic line ..which I'm sure we all can relate to ...."What we have here is (dramatic pause)..faiure...to communicate " . Truly a classic movie  ;D

YAYYYY so I was right, I did see that out. Glad you found it!!  Kind of how I felt. When Sackets was finally released on dvd!!

THAT line Strother Martin .. used as opening of early Guns and Roses song ..  I am sure if she is peeking in. Michelle could probably name the song...

I will never, ever get tired of watching The Adventures of Baron Munchausen.  It's the most perfect story ever told about the power of imagination and the reality of fiction.
"What has mood to do with it? You fight when the necessity arises—no matter the mood! Mood's a thing for cattle or making love or playing the baliset. It's not for fighting."
- Frank Herbert
