Another from the Michelle Archives....and the great Fleetwood Mac...its called...."Everywhere"
"Everywhere" is a single released by the British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac from their album "Tango in the Night", written and with lead vocals by Christine McVie.
It was released in the United Kingdom on February 24, 1988 and reached #4 there. In the United States, it was released earlier on November 28, 1987 and reached number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and went to #1 on the U.S. adult contemporary chart, remaining there for three weeks. The song also reached the Top 50 in Australia at number forty-five.
The video of the song is a visual depiction of the poem "The Highwayman" by Alfred Noyes. There are two versions of the video; one features the story with members of the band appearing throughout, while the other doesn't feature the band at all.

Christine McVie's talent was virtually unmatched....her keyboards....and above all her distinctive vocals.....and how they blended with that of Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham....provides a unique sound that still resonates.
Can you hear me calling out your name?
You know that I'm falling and I don't know what to say
I'll speak a little louder, I'll even shout
You know that I'm proud and I can't get the words out
I wanna be with you everywhere
I wanna be with you everywhere
Somethings happening, happening to me
My friends say I'm acting peculiarly
C'mon baby, we better make a start
You better make it soon before you break my heart
So here we go...and don't you dare touch that dial!...its the great Fleetwood Mac...featuring Christine McVie....and the iconic......"Everywhere"
Have a great weekend everybody....try and make it musical...
This is dedicated to my late father.....who I see "Everywhere"....thank you Dad.....I miss you...the ache never stops....
Happy Father's Day
