In "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", John Cleese plays a French guard taunting King Arthur.   The whole scene was great but the last line was the best:

 "I  fart in your general direction!  Your Mother Was a Hamster and Your Father Smelt of Elderberries!".

here's a couple from a Tom Cruise Movie that put him on the map.The movie is called "Risky Business". The first line is " Get off the babysitter, we have you surrounded"  The 2nd is " Sometimes you have to say what the fuck,  what the fuck gives you freedom, freedom gives you opportunity, opportunity makes your future.
