It has to be stage glass.  Look at how easily they crush the glass by walking on it.  Also, the "blood" is only on the front of their blouses.  They probably did that to each other by grabbing and squeezing a blood back under the shirt.  there is no blood from cuts on their legs.

None the less……..it is pretty damn hot
