I'm confused with the new chat, i'vew tried to get into it on multiple occassions, but I can;t get access, not sure what I'm doing wrong, do i need to sign up for it?

Put your user name in then click on I have password and put your password in

Sad I have to still ask this:
1. Have you entered the username you use to log into the site? Not your email like some do, your username.
2. Clicked I have a password
3. Entered the password you use for the site.
4. Hit Start.

And if it isn't working some details of what sort of message you get would be helpful. Since without it the default answer is :"well i guess no chat for you then "

i agree sabra it happens to me as well every time i want to chat on here i get also denied i lost track on how many time after 20 times on TRYING TO LOG INTO THE CHATROOM AND GET FUCKEN DENIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:\

I'm not sure what you two think screaming at the people who are trying to help you gets.

We really cant do anything until we know exactly what message/code your getting or the next time you try to log into chat either copy or take a screen shot of the message you get and send it to me through my profile and I will forward it to the tech person.

I asked for details on the error you got since what you tell me I can't exactly do much with "it no work"

Since you two just want to yell and scream it is likely better you stay out of chat anyways.

i did my user name and password and i click on start and this shows up every time

That is the error you get when your password and/or username are incorrect.

i use my user name all the time on here and in trillian and yahoo
secondlife i go by janeway sabra

I passed the log in error to the tech person. But just in case you must use the name and password that you log in with on the site for the chat room as well
