Love the idea. Would you consider using actresses who already playing superhero?s. Olivia Holt as Dagger(Cloak and Dagger), Melissa Benoist as supergirl, or Jessica Alba as Max(Dark Angel).

Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) has somehow been omitted  :o  Jenna Coleman could potentially be a foe of Karen Gillian's character either as a villain or there could be infighting on the Superheroine team  ;) is there a maximum number of  characters in each tier or is that still undecided.

There is not a maximum number, but I don't want to add a 100 celebrities. I still need to write everything.

Final List: 18 Superheroines and 18 Villains
Some are still missing their superhero/villain names, so feel free to make suggestions.
I can't put everyone in Tier 1, but it doesn't mean those in Tier 1 are invincible. A Tier 5 with a really good plan, certain items and a bit of luck can defeat a Tier 1.
Tiers are more or less based on raw power and reputation.

City: Adamantia

Superheroines
Tier 1:
Yvonne Strahovski - Ms. Marvelous
Kate Upton - Celestia

Tier 2:
Gemma Atkinson - Power Woman
Charlotte McKinney - Galactia
Scarlett Johansson - Red Viper
Kat Dennings - Maxia

Tier 3:
Natalie Alyn Lind (Tier 1/God Tier potential) - Angelica
Chloe Grace Moretz - Graceia
Karen Gillan -  Scarlet Mist
Jennifer Lawrence - Apex Dawn
Elisha Cutbert - Lumeria

Tier 4:

Taylor Swift - White Cobra
Salma Hayek - Mujer de Justicia/Elena Torres
Alexandra Daddario -

Tier 5:
Victoria Justice -
Cameron Diaz -
Julianne Hough -
Anna Kendrick - Broadway

Villains
Tier 1:
Alice Goodwin - Black Queen
Yoko Matsugane - Lady Matsugane (Atomic Sisters)
Harumi Nemoto - Lady Nemoto (Atomic Sisters)

Tier 2:
Charlize Theron - Sinistra
Elizabeth Gillies - Domina
Margot Robbie - Seductress
Megan Fox - Black Fox

Tier 3:
Kendall Jenner - Shade Gal
Amber Heard - Siren
Elizabeth Olsen - Soul Crusher
Michelle Trachtenberg - Seduca
Emma Watson - Arcena

Tier 4:
Lindsey Pelas - Bella Jameson/Demona
Katy Perry - Dark Frost
Selena Gomez -

Tier 5:
Olivia Holt -
Peyton List -
Olivia Munn -

How about Broadway for Anna Kendrick? Her powers are all vocal. High notes and low note have different affects.

So question, the criteria for inclusion is that the person has to be a glamour/fitness model without any pornographic ties (whether it be softcore or hardcore). Because I couldn't help but notice Japan's pretty much premium premier model Hitomi Tanaka being absent from any roster.
Also, similar to the omission of Gal Gadot as a Wonder Woman proxy, was Marie-claude Boudreau (who has an actual superhero* persona, Aimsee) skipped due to her topless shots? I think that she'd have real potential as a wildcard with a variable tier listing.
I'd put her as a Tier 4 heroic with the ability to reach God Tier, but the longer she uses maximum power, the more risk she runs of getting corrupted into a sexfiend.
EDIT: Also, isn't Lindsey Pelas seen as being a rival for Kate Upton? Being a newer younger blonde model with a cup size nearly triple that of Kate's? I'd put her at being at least Tier 3, her inexperience being the sole factor against her?
(And another personal petition for inclusion, if you're still open to it, perhaps add Esther Baxter? I know that on FCF she and Kate have been pitted against one another on many an occasion. Perhaps not as a villain, but rather a heroic Tier 1 rival? I mean, you do only have two Tier 1's fighting the good fight, versus three Tier 1's on the more nefarious side of things.)

I'd be willing to help with writing if you're willing to put up with my sporadic access to FCF.

I SEE YOU ARE STILL LOOKING FOR NAMES FOR SEVERAL CHARACTERS(?)
Below is a list of terms I've been compiling for use as (far as I know) unused Heroine/Villainess names. Feel free to use any that appeal to you!

Heroine/Villain Character Names (more/less listed alphabetically)

Alias - lost her memory in character and now she can't remember her "real" identity
Anger - yep, another nasty attitude case!
Binary (conjoined twins?)
Byte (t-shirt/latex costume says "Byte Me!")
Cyber - simulates sex on-line by day; stimulates it on duty at night (see Node)
Default - (someone always points and says, "Default is hers!" when it goes bad?
Eraser - can blank peoples minds for a (brief) time
FUD (aka Fear, Uncertainty & Doubt) can cause one or the other, not two, in opponents
Felony - cyber criminal?
GIF or Gopher or Gofur - definitely sidekick material
Gluttony - (world's fattest heroine?) or skinniest, never gains a pound!!
Hardwire (rarely changes her mind?)
Hitwoman - villainess naturally - a killer for hire?
Ignominy -
Justease - either mis-spelled "Justice" or she's "just a tease"
Justy (short for Justification - always has an excuse when she screws up)
Kermit - a communications protocol that lets you transfer files between computer and on-line net  systems (half-human, half-amphibian?)
Larceny -
Lynx - A text-based Web browser (or a sneak around silently at night villainess?)
Macro - A computer instruction that stands for a given sequence of instructions. (heroine sidekick who can't take direction?)
Mouse - timid sidekick
Node - where 1 or more units interconnect ("Sexworker by night, vigilante by day")
OLE - (dressed as toreador and hates being treated as "just an object")
Ping - (sidekick of...
Pong - ...Chinese ping-pong playing lesbians who fight crime off the court)
RAID - way of creating a fault-tolerant storage system (manages the crimefighters warehouse?)
ROM - romance novelist who gets her excitement fighting crime/or committing crimes?
SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder (not a happy person!)
Smiley aka - :) (uniform covered with emoticons....see Riddler outfit)
SPARC -
Sloth - don't ask her to hurry...ever!
Truth - pair her with "Justice" and "American Way"? in a League of Minor-Heroines
Under...  ...dog? ...wear? ...whelm? ...water? ...?
Viral - she gets around!
Vanity - (could be anyone in any super heroine/super villainess galaxy!)
W (chest logo) - ?
X (chest logo) - ?
Y - sidekick is why not?
Z - a zombie gone over to the side of the living?

I haven't been working on it, will start again after we finish the finals. I have some more names in my mind for heroines/villains.

Not going to add more celebrities to the list, maybe I will change one or two.

Ginny, quite a few of the names you mentioned have already been used by some popular character or another. It would probably be best to base an alias off of the model as opposed to vice versa (finding what model can fit the alias). Truth be told, I've never heard of half the women listed let alone seeing them in a pinup or on a magazine.

Most my celebrity knowledge is limited to Hollywood stars and those who play in popular TV shows. From singers I only know the really popular ones.

That's probably it. I don't really watch much TV hence why I'm having to Google over half the women listed.

... Would love to see some girls of color like Jamie Chung, Miranda Cosgrve, Halle Berry, and or Selena Gomez.

Women of color are definately an "underserved minority" (both here and elsewhere) so having a few sprinkled around - Berry (as a mentor, senior advisor type); Chung as an instructor; Gomez as a sidekick; etc.,) not really necessary they play leading roles - its up to Vitezislav who he wants to use... it's his series after all... but putting some "seasoning" in the stew will make it taste a little sweeter - IMHO.

It's not like Lupita Nyong'o; Serena Williams; Kerry Washington... and so many others, are INVISIBLE!!!

Now that's an understatement if I've ever heard one...

But yeah,  definitely concur with that one, hence why I'd suggested the inclusion of Esther Baxter, someone who's gone up against practically all of the popular women already listed at some time or another (and won more than half of those matches at that).

I know Vitezislav was against expanding the roster any, but was open to swapping out some women. Perhaps he (she?) would be willing to drop some of the B-listers and more obscure starlets for someone with a bit more popularity and physical appeal (and maybe mix in some color as well?)

On this thread or elsewhere? Because of the dozen or so suggested prior to the 'Final List' posting, less than half made the cut.
