For the past week, I have been hitting the gym at 5:30 a.m. to start the day with a morning workout. All week, I haven't been alone, as I have been joined by the fit muscular looking woman. From the very start of the week, it has felt like we have been competing against each other, as we always seemed to be working out in the same area, using same equipment and machines, both of us lifting what the other was. I was walking on the treadmill, while facing my weight training nemesis, when I spotted the owner, moving some chairs and a table in to the dance studio. So me being me, I asked what he was doing and he mentioned that some guys tonight are having test of strength tournament tonight, by arm wrestling. So I go back to walking on the treadmill, as I warm up before I begin my bicep workout for today's session. Suddenly I had an idea, since me and this woman have been competing all week, seeing who was stronger, whom could out lift whom, I was thinking of challenging her to an arm wrestle to see whom was stronger and whom had the better biceps. I stepped off the treadmill and headed towards the free weights rack, so I could begin my bicep workout today, but was thinking on how do I approach her with this challenge, as I don't want to scare her off...
