Scratching in catfight
« on: October 16, 2019, 08:11:07 AM »
Hi all
One of my woman friends had fought recently with other woman. And during fight she got a scratch to the face from other woman. It seem she had a sharp nails.I would like to ask women are you paying attention to the other woman nails before fight ?May be in sudden street fights it is hard too do it but may be some women do it.And second question.Do you keep your nails in form in the case of such incidents?Because i guess nails can be good weapon in catfight
I will put her photo and scratched photo here by her permission

Was this fight arranged or spontaneous?
In my arranged fights i check the nails of my opponent before to avoid such marks. At spontaneous street fight of course it is not possible.

And yes, sharp nails are a serious weapon in a catfight.
I love women especially when they fight

Well what can be said, it is referred to as a catfight for the simple reasons women, scratch, bite, kick, punch and pull hair, so the basic simple answer yes, in almost every case where 2 women are going to fight you will notice that tend to look each other over or up and down, also known as scanning each other, we are both comparing, and looking if the other has any weapons other than natural, you will see women circle or partial circle to feel the area they are in for room and obstacles, even the most spontaneous of a fight will have a moment of yelling, taunting, threats where each female is mentally setting herself and checking out her rival, as for scratching, you will get a lot of replies i am stunned not more already, but some feel or say using hair or nails is cheating or for a kitty fighter, they are foolish, in a street fight there are no rules, you use what you have and maybe at times something you brought or find to win, WIN, WIN, No one wants to get beat up, and especially today world it can mean much much more devastation to have a fight , more women use fists than use to and the "real vids" of street fights you see are dominated controlled by girls boyfriends or gangs and they will stop 2 women mid fight to make them stand up and throw blows over what women doing what comes naturally., As for any woman I fought i been bitten, scratched, punched and my hair torn out and YES did it right back, if you look in my profile those pointy nails are all mine and yes i keep them well tuned , I never leave my home without a doubt coat of acrylic seal and a file and buffing for the day, while it is easy to say it is in case i get in a fight (and yes i will use them), it is also a defense against a mugger, or rapist or what have you, i would not think twice about stabbing them in any attackers face, neck,or other areas to be able to go home to my husband and kids, not trying to sound bad ass or anything it is just what it is, your friend in the pic was lucky, if her rival was more aggressive her eye, nose neck should have been clawed and honestly in a fight , you can't always get your nails deep enough to tear skin deeply,  but it is why mine are so maintained if i can turn the tables and break a hold or get a woman to scream enough you bet my claws will break skin with less pressure then a regular set of nails, and i have done it, if your going to enter a fight there is no measure a person can rule out to be the one who stands up after and walks away in the best condition she can, (guys i am sure as well use other means), your friend really should have needed at the very least a bandage from the looks of it the other girl swiped at her or was shoving her face to get her off her, I say that cause instead of 4 red lines which is more normal to see after there are only 2 and they aren't in perfect line, so either your friend was shifting her head or some other factor played in that her rival couldn't fully set her nails in.

It's always wise to check each other's finger nails AND toenails
In real fights there is no time for it

It was quick fight and was separated .AND YES YOU ARE RIGHT.She could go back from her rival scratches so we see only two lines. My friend are strong woman and her rival also was.I am pity that i could not see their fight

I hope it's ok if a guy jumps into the conversation.

A few years ago, I was travelling on a turnpike and stopped at the toll booth to pay the toll.  The female toll taker had what appeared to be very deep scratches on her face.  She didn't make eye contact with me.  I was SO tempted to ask her about the scratches, but I just didn't want to embarrass her....nor did I want to piss off the cars behind me waiting for me to get through the toll booth.

I could only imagine she had been in a catfight, but I might be wrong.  And it could have been one sided where she was attacked.  Those scratches must have left scars unless she received cosmetic surgery.  Scratching can be very damaging.

In an arranged fight I will never allow scratching or biting. i'd rather take a punch to the face than risk a nasty scar from a deep scratch or having my eyes gouged. Of course I take boxing classes and my strong point is punching. Too me a boxing match or even a fistfight is more sane than a fight with scratching and biting.

Scratching is allowed in fist, street and cat fighting.  It is expected and anticipated.  I also plan to use it against my opponent.
So it is about who does these things better.  Fighting is supposed to cause damage.

Hell fire Jessiefite, that’s what im talking about!

I love the thought of two girls going hell for leather, tiring out and resorting to wrapping each other up and scratching each other’s backs and ass frantically, clawing hair at the back of the head, pulling head back whilst biting neck/shoulders/tits

One of the girls will have the other wrapped in her legs using her heels to get into that spot just above the ass and keep working it till it’s red raw combined with heel strikes.

Real nasty, complete fantasy and obviously not practical IRL

I had a girlfriend describe a fight she had in high school.
She was 5 feet tall cheerleader at the time and was being bullied by a bigger girl who followed her home.
The bully hit her first so she fought back.
They ended up hairpulling on the front part of a car while trying to punch each other.
My GF said the punches didn't hurt her and she didn't feel like her punches were doing anything either.
So she started clawing and scratching the other girls face until they were broken up.
In the end the other girls face was messed up really bad and my GF had taken no damage.
