The Bully versus the Friend: Pia Miller v Sam Frost
« on: August 27, 2020, 01:10:11 PM »
Fictional Scenario: Doubtless the People Involved are not as Depicted in this Story

Pia Miller: 36 years old 1.75m {alt}
Sam Frost: 31 years old 1.67m {alt}

Sam Frost had heard the stories, but she had never seen her friends react like this. Since she had arrived on the set of Home and Away she had been made to feel welcome and had made a number of friends, none more than the woman she was hugging at the moment, Penny McNamee. They had just got word that Pia Miller, a notorious diva on set, was going to make a return to the soap in a number of flashback and hallucination scenes. Sam had only been in the soap very briefly at the same time as Miller, and hadn't liked her at all, but hadn't realised just how bad it had been. A lot of people were angry about her return, but Penny had asked Sam to go on a walk on the beach with her and had broken down about the bullying that had gone on.
Sam could only listen in shock and horror as Penny told her what Pia had been like.  Ridiculing her body and face regularly and once stealing her clothes, towel and phone while she was in the shower so that Penny had to run outside to find someone to help her. Pia had taken pictures of this on her phone and had demanded that Penny did whatever was asked of her. Regularly, bringing her coffees and gifts until a friend of hers managed to hack Pia's phone and delete the photos that she hoped and prayed weren't stored elsewhere by now.
Sam pulled her crying friend in close and promised her that she had nothing to worry about and that she wouldn't let anything bad happen.
"Who knows?" She suggested, "Maybe Pia has changed."

Two weeks later, Pia returned and the attitude was still there. There weren't too many scenes to shoot, but the first one of them involved her appearing as a hallucination behind Penny on the beach. Sam decided to accompany her to do the scene, but instead the cameras rolled and saw something quite different.

"Why if it isn't Ugly McNamee!" Pia declared as they walked towards her. "They must want to use this body," she said, pointing inwards at herself, "to persuade the viewers not to change the channel when you're on screen."
Penny tried to ignore her and went for a quick word with the director, but Sam wasn't going to let that slide.
"That was really mean."
Pia smirked. "Stay out of it Frost."
"I will not!"
"Well, go report me then!" Pia laughed as she ran her hand through her hair.
"I ought to slap some respect into you!" Sam didn't know where it had come from, but she was so angry with this bitch and just wanted to help.
Pia's smile faltered, but she said in what she hoped was a confident voice, "Just you try it."
Sam wasn't a fighter, but she saw hesitation and fear and although she was shorter and Pia did have an incredible body she wasn't going to back down.
I'll beat you and strip you naked and ride your damn face all in front of the cameras you horrible woman!"
Pia's eyes betrayed fear now and when she spoke all the arrogance was gone.
"Listen, I... look, there's no need... leave me the fuck alone."
Sam knew the risks, but she could hear and see an opportunity. Scared, but full of adrenaline she advanced on Pia
