Hello there. I am a 43 year old mother.  When I share a photo of myself with girls younger than me for survey fights, everyone thinks young girls will prevail.  Do you think this is because young girls have an advantage over older women?  Or is it because I look weaker than them?

I am 40 and I would love to know what this mystery advantage is , I have beaten older and younger and yes suffered my defeats but as for all young girls /women being able to beat me cause of age is the most outrageous thing i have ever heard.

I don't care if your 30,40,50 if you are in shape, agile and keep yourself fit as far as strength goes and mind you have the ability to beat any age . being judge on your book makes those judging just plain dumb, My figure my look  facially I look 30 at best been told by many, my boobs are still full and firm and i am strong and workout like a mad woman, but instead of going for bulking up i stay strong and fit, there are more and more 20 somethings out there that have no idea what weights or strength training are , that does mean i would lose cause they are younger?, it is silly to even say.

men will choose a younger woman over more mature simply because it is a younger woman, putting aside those that have class and prefer mature women naturally, if you have confidence you already have something over most "younger " girls, life experience as well, most of these younger people today have no idea what hard work or play requires, they are ll to busy with their faces in a device or monad dad waiting on them  do not sell yourself your self short on the opinion of those who have a fantasy.

I think that if a mature woman is experienced and wilder, she could win against a young girl. Actually, generally fit, a bit strong women can beat up young girls, but some youngs are extremely wildly and she can all of them, even a strong male

Last of all, you look so strong, dominant and fit, you can beat up a young girl.

I guess I am surprised they are picking your younger foes.  I would say in general younger people should have more endurance than older, but you obviously keep yourself in pretty good shape so that shouldn't be a factor.  After that it is experience which generally goes to the older fighters.  And finally I think older fighters have a toughness advantage that is delivered by life (child bearing, raising kids, working hard, dealing with life, etc.).  Of course at some point that changes, but now that is probably late 50's?  60's?
