I remember when this first shown there was a newspaper report that Catherine was really trying to hurt the other girl and that the acting went out of the window pretty quickly! And I love the way Ma Larkin actively encouraged her daughter to fight!

 I saw in the news a while back that they are planning to remake the series( not sure that is a great idea not sure you could find a better actor to play Pa Larkin than David Jason and Pam Ferris as Ma the rest are pretty easy to replace though) I wonder if the Strawberry field fight will be included again .
