California Wildcats - Alert
« on: October 07, 2021, 08:19:52 PM »
FYI....
Xhampster has posted several California Wildcats vids for us fans. For those not familiar with this producer, they in my opinion, have the best scenario storyline catfights ever produced. Fights are scripted but do have some convincing realistic battles which the women seem to want to finish each other off. Check it out and comment if you wish.

I found 2 of my CW favorites.  The original name of the series is Violent Grudge, but on XHamster, they are titled Rivals Grudge.  If you can find them, check out Rivals Grudge 1 and 2 and witness for yourself the beginning of the bitter feud between Carla and Teela

Totally agree with what you are saying, but in all fairness, it's not exactly stealing if it's posted somewhere for anyone to watch.

This is so ridiculous that people feel some sort of entitlement to free videos.  At least have the decency to look for them yourselves.

What is the purpose of this board if not to direct users to specific videos? The comment correctly identified that the initial post was too vague for this board's standards.

It's also been made quite clear that we are not to share copyrighted videos.  Hence, we shouldn't. Also, just because someone stole a video and posted it somewhere doesn't make it NOT stealing. That's like saying "Just because my cousin stole this cart and gave it to me doesn't make this a stolen car. He GAVE it to me.

So you take issue with the original poster for drawing attention to videos you believe to be posted on a third site without permission, not the user who made the polite ask that the post have specificity.

In the US, ALL videos are copyrighted by the creator upon the video's creation so I think your issue is not with copyrighted videos, whicj all videos are, but videos shared without the copyright holder's permission.  I recently saw a video from a producer that I recognized being offerred for sale on a site that other producers had complained about stealing and selling their videos. I contacted the producer to let them know this other site was selling their product. They politely thanked me butsaid tge other site had their permission. My point being that seeing a video off the site that it originated on does not always mean it is being used without permission and it is best to contact the producer if you think they are being wronged.

Or to follow the stated rules of the site and not post videos that are copyrighted by companies producing this material professionally.

Like, the rules are clear, but people keep on willfully ignoring them.

Pay for your porn. It's ethical. It ensures that the porn you like continues to happen.

Especially for a really fringe kink like ours. It's KEY to support the producers.

This thread is going to be locked since it has gone beyond the original purpose but I do have a few things to say first:

1. For the record I have asked for this whole section of the site to be removed in the past, given how much temptation there has been for people post a link to pirated video a day after the video was released. I still think that would be a better solution than us having to police this .

2. But alas there is some legit reasons for this section supposedly. Videos of actual fights that haven't been removed by youtube or daily motion and videos from long defunct producers are the main ones. If no one is selling it, no one is losing money is the attitude we have taken on this, otherwise no professionally produced videos could be linked here.

3. We remove video links that are to anything currently on sale. Typically the producer itself complains or we can tell it is current, like someone posts a link a Suitefights video and I know full well Steve is making videos as we speak so yeah, he is a going concern. If you are going to report a link to video, please include where it is for sale so we can confirm this, especially in cases that aren't obvious. Feel free to notify the producer as well so they cna take legal action on the site hosting it.

4. if the producer has it for sale there is next to no chance they have it up on a free download site as well. SO yes, we will assume this is not up with their knowledge or permission. Much like the police will assume that if you are pulled over covered in blood with a knife in your hand and no clear wounds that some foul play has occurred at your hands. Oh maybe some whacky  happenstance has caused this but let us not kid ourselves

Also take none of these views presented as an invitation for debate. If you do and get in my messages attempting this, I will make an equally bad assumption that you want to spend some time away from site.  Oh what a whacky happenstance !

PS Nice to see you are still alive Dina, we may have to do something to alter that someday :)
